How to Play

  1. 1Create a list of positive superlatives, like 'Most likely to have a secret talent' or 'Best person to have on a trivia team'.
  2. 2Read out each superlative one by one.
  3. 3Have the group vote (either publicly or anonymously using a poll tool) on who best fits the description.
  4. 4It's a great way to give and receive compliments.

Facilitator Guide

Opening Script:

"We’re handing out positive, work‑friendly superlatives. Keep it kind and specific. You can nominate yourself or others."

Closing Script:

"Capture a few themes of what we appreciate. Turn them into shout‑outs or kudos habits going forward."

Why This Works

Recognition boosts morale and psychological safety. Fun awards make appreciation visible and contagious without heavy ceremony.

Best For

  • Team morale boosts
  • End‑of‑sprint celebrations
  • Hybrid or in‑person

Important Notes

  • Keep categories inclusive; avoid looks/age/identity
  • Offer anonymous voting if group is shy
  • Balance airtime so the same people aren’t over‑selected
