Acceptance of Terms

By using the Icebreaker Games website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Age Restriction

  • This website is intended for people who are at least 13 years old. If you are under this age, please do not use the site.

Service Description

Icebreaker Games provides free activity resources and browser-based tools. Some tools may also offer an optional, one-time digital purchase, such as the Bingo Event Pack. We do not currently provide user accounts, subscriptions, a saved cloud library, or persistent user profiles.

One-Time Digital Purchases

  • The Bingo Event Pack is a one-time digital product, not a subscription and not an automatically renewing service.
  • Payment is handled on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Before you pay, Checkout shows the selected card quantity, file format, currency, total price, and any applicable tax charged through Checkout.
  • After Stripe confirms payment, a dedicated download link provides the exact purchased batch as one downloadable ZIP file containing one or more PDFs. The same link may be used to regenerate that batch for up to 30 days, unless the order is refunded or access is otherwise revoked under these terms. Keep the link private because anyone who has it may be able to access the files.
  • Delivery is normally available shortly after payment confirmation. If delivery fails, you are charged more than once, or the file is materially defective, contact contact@icebreaker-games.org with the approximate purchase date, amount, and the email used at Checkout so we can investigate.
  • Refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Event Pack Licence

A purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the downloaded cards for your own personal use or for one classroom, team, party, or event. You may print the cards and share copies with participants in that activity.

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the PDF files or their cards as a template pack, download library, or product of your own. You may not make the files available for unrelated groups or extract them for bulk commercial reuse.

User Responsibilities

  • Use the content lawfully and responsibly.
  • When running activities, you are responsible for participant safety, suitability, consent, and compliance with applicable rules.
  • Do not abuse, attack, or disrupt the site or other users.
  • Do not copy, mirror, or bulk-scrape large portions of the site for commercial use.

Intellectual Property

  • Site structure, copy, design, and curation are owned by Icebreaker Games or used with permission.
  • You may cite small excerpts for non-commercial use with attribution and a link.
  • Except for the Event Pack licence above, commercial use requires our prior written permission.

Third-Party Services and Links

  • The site uses third-party services for analytics, advertising, hosting, and payment processing, including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google AdSense, Cloudflare, and Stripe.
  • Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Icebreaker Games.
  • Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Icebreaker Games is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Disclaimer

  • The site and digital files are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
  • Content, including game rules and questions, is for entertainment and informational purposes only.
  • Organizers are responsible for assessing whether an activity is safe and suitable for their particular group.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

Changes

  • We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page.
  • Changes apply from the stated update date and do not remove rights already required by law.
