Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 27, 2026

Introduction

This policy explains how Icebreaker Games collects, uses, shares, and retains information. Most tools run in your browser without an account. If you choose a paid digital export, we temporarily store the card settings needed to deliver the purchase and retain limited order records as described below. We do not currently offer user accounts or a permanent cloud library.

Information We Collect

  • Site and usage data: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may collect technical or pseudonymous data such as page visits, browser and device type, approximate country, interactions, and performance information.
  • Cookies and similar storage: We use cookies or browser storage for site functions, preferences, analytics, advertising, and limited same-tab purchase recovery. You can manage cookies through your browser and, where available, our consent controls.
  • Contact information: We receive the email address and any other information you choose to include when you contact us for support, privacy, refund, or legal questions.
  • Payment information: When you buy a Bingo Event Pack, Stripe hosts the checkout page and may collect your name, email address, billing or tax information, payment method details, transaction amount, and fraud-prevention data. Icebreaker Games does not receive or store your complete card number or bank account details. Our payment service stores an internal order ID, Stripe checkout and payment references, order status, selected pack, card count, amount, currency, and timestamps needed to fulfil and reconcile the purchase.
  • Temporary card snapshot: To regenerate the exact purchased batch, our payment service temporarily stores the Bingo title, cell text or word pool, layout and colour settings, and a random batch seed submitted at checkout. It also stores a hash of the delivery token, not the token itself, plus low-sensitivity delivery and download counts.

How We Use Information

  • To operate, secure, and improve the website and its tools.
  • To create Checkout sessions, confirm payments, deliver purchased PDFs, restore eligible downloads, process refunds, prevent fraud, and reconcile transactions.
  • To diagnose errors and respond to support, privacy, refund, or legal requests.
  • To understand aggregate usage and show advertising where permitted.
  • To comply with legal, tax, accounting, dispute, and payment-network obligations.
  • Download access expires 30 days after purchase. The card snapshot and hashed delivery credential are deleted during the next scheduled cleanup, no later than 31 days after purchase. They may be deleted sooner if the order is successfully refunded or access is revoked.
  • The dedicated delivery page is excluded from Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and advertising. The raw delivery token remains in the private link shown to your browser and is not written to our database or analytics.
  • Limited transaction and order records may be kept longer when reasonably necessary for accounting, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
  • Emails and support messages are retained only as long as needed to address the request and related obligations.

Advertising and Analytics

The public site uses Google AdSense, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity. These providers may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy terms. Personalized advertising depends on your region and consent choices.

  • You can manage Google advertising preferences in Google Ads Settings.
  • You can also review industry opt-out choices at aboutads.info.
  • Paid delivery pages do not load these analytics or advertising services.

Service Providers and Data Sharing

  • Stripe processes checkout, payment, fraud-prevention, tax-related, refund, and transaction data under Stripe's own privacy terms.
  • Cloudflare provides website, Worker, and database infrastructure used to operate and deliver the service.
  • Google and Microsoft provide analytics and advertising services on eligible public pages.
  • We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers only as needed to run the service, or disclose it when required by law, to protect rights and security, or to handle a transaction or dispute.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal data, and to request data portability or withdraw consent. California residents may also have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain sharing. We do not sell personal information.

To make a request, contact contact@icebreaker-games.org. We may need enough information to verify the request and locate the relevant record. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including Stripe-hosted payment collection, signed payment notifications, hashed delivery credentials, and restricted delivery links. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so keep a paid download link private and contact us if you believe it has been exposed.
